A Space of Belonging
Holistic Counseling and Psychotherapy

About Me
My work is deeply shaped by a lifelong exploration of belonging, identity, and what it means to truly come home to ourselves. I grew up moving across cultures and landscapes, always carrying quiet questions about where I fit, who I was allowed to be, and how to find a sense of rootedness when nothing around me felt steady.
This search for belonging led me both outward and inward. It took me across the world and into practices like yoga, meditation, and somatic inquiry. For many years, I taught and studied these traditions, discovering how the body holds not just tension and trauma, but also profound intelligence and the seeds of possibility. Over time, though, I began to see how much of wellness culture quietly perpetuates the idea that we are broken — always in need of fixing or transcending.
What I longed for, and what I now offer, is a deeper, more compassionate way of being with ourselves. One that welcomes all parts of you, including the hidden, the tender, and the messy, without pathologising or trying to force change. Today, I integrate Process Work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), person-centred therapy, and somatic approaches to support people on their own soulful journeys.
My work is relational and rooted in a deep trust of the psyche and body’s innate wisdom. I hold a non-pathologising lens that sees your struggles not as signs that something is wrong, but as meaningful expressions of parts that long to be seen and understood.
I believe healing isn’t about striving to become someone else. It’s about gently remembering who you already are, reclaiming lost or exiled parts of yourself, and allowing that knowing to reshape how you move through the world — with more ease, compassion, and authenticity. If you feel drawn to explore this together, it would be an honour to walk alongside you.
